 Instructions & Information:

1.     Stamford Auction accepts all telephone and absentee bids as a courtesy.

2.     Absentee bids are treated in the same manner as bids accepted from the floor: i.e. title passes to the successful bidder at the fall of the hammer, with no returns accepted.

3.     In the event of a tie bid – the floor has precedence.

4.     Absentee bids are private and are bid competitively against the floor, an absentee bid cannot open the bidding.

5.     We will attempt to execute your bid, but DO NOT GUARANTEE that we will not miss and absentee or telephone bid.

6.     Bids will not be accepted unless information is complete and legible.

7.     A Buyer’s premium of 20% will be added to the hammer price of each lot, with a 2.5% discount for Cash or Check.

8.     All payment, shipping or pickup arrangements MUST be made within four days of auction date. There will be a storage fee of $10 per lot per day starting 7 days after the sale.

9.     There is a $200 minimum bid for telephone bids.

10.    A Credit Card # is REQUIRED to place telephone and absentee bids. No exceptions.
